Courtney runs Alt-Collective, which specialises in peer supported business development programs to build small business success.

Alt-Collective's philosophy is keep it simple: hang out with good people – and be prepared to get out of your comfort zone.

Some of the programs Alt-Collective is working on include:

  • Regional Innovation Program – In conjunction with Regional Development Australia and Local Councils supporting local innovators to bring their innovations to Market. Programs now running – reach out.
  • Small Business Pathway – In collaboration with the Business Centre in Newcastle Alt-Collective are supporting businesses on the North Coast through several Government funded Programs including Digital Solutions & Business Connect. Free support now available.
  • A-Team Academy – Alt-Collective’s signature peer support program. We get 12 likeminded super fly businesses together – set up a dozen goals to chase down & over 12-months & collectively kick a bunch of goals to build business success.

Here at Alt-Collective we’ve delivered almost 1,000 One-on-One business support sessions – 200+ Workshops – & over 30 Special Programs and Small Business Retreats.
